In order to sign-up for any events on the calendar, your character's information must be present under the Roster/Characters tab.  If you have not created a character, here are the steps to create one:                                                                                   1. Select "Create" (fifth tab over)                                                                                                                                       2. Select "Character" (in the drop down)                                                                                                                                  3. Put all your character's information and hit the submit button at the bottom...be sure to create one for each character you have within the kin.
